David Butterly, our service advisor at Volkswagen of Pompano Beach, provided exceptional customer service. He spent much time explaining the extent of the repairs which were affecting my driving. He identified much needed new brake pads which were worn and a safety hazard. He went "above and beyond" my expectations!
Nasir (Nelson) and David in service and the entire team have been very helpful in my vehicle repair needs. Nasir went above and beyond and helping getting me back on the road. He has spent countless minutes or possibly even hours on the phone with my horrible extended warranty company getting a part and service covered.
When the warranty company was giving him a hard time with every aspect of the claim, Nazir, David and management displayed compassion and fought for me every way that they could.

I purchased a 2024 Golf R 6 spd at the end of 2024. The team members at VW of Pompano were a pleasure to work with. The manager Gini was very nice and accommodating. Overall was good experience, however when I went to pick up my vehicle after a recap repaired I waited about 30 minutes to get my car, the receptionist didn't called my advisor until several minutes later. There was no respect for customer time.
Victor in sales is great. He was very thorough with the car and the options and the price we agreed on was what we paid in financing. The only negative is the facility is old but Victor overcame that and got us a great car.
