I purchased a 2024 Golf R 6 spd at the end of 2024. The team members at VW of Pompano were a pleasure to work with. Rocky, Rich and Geno were professional and courteous, as well as showing integrity when negotiating. In the end, their efforts earned the sale and everyone was satisfied. I will be back to VW of Pompano when our Tiguan is up for replacement.

The sales team in VW pompano is great . Personable , friendly and patient . It all started with Rebecca who approached me while waiting for my 2022 Atlas to be serviced . Long story short she introduced me to Victor , sales rep , who truly asked the right questions to understand my needs and even though at first I didn’t want to spend that much he then introduced me to Oscar de manager who was also very genuine and friendly and professional . That’s when together they offered me the right fit for me and I walked away very satisfied . Great teamwork and felt good shopping for my new Tiguan at this dealership . Looking forward to seen what the service team does once I need to take my car for service

I stopped by to check the deals only, and ended up driving away in a brand new Taos. The dealer (Tony Herrejon) was very attentive and helpfull during the whole process. He was able to check my credit score, show the car, fill up paper work, and get me financed in record time. I was very pleased.

I spoke to Rashawn initially over the phone where we worked out the deal. He was helpful and always friendly. I finished the transaction with Roque “Rocky” Diaz who was so patient and accommodating. I left the dealership in the dark and rain so it wasn’t until the next day that I found a few minor issues. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring the car back. They allowed me to drive in a used vehicle while it took almost two weeks to correct the minor issues. Everyone was super friendly and easy to do business with. This is my 3rd Volkswagen with this dealership.
